In Visual Studio, click Extensions > Manage Extensions
Search for ConfuserEx and install
After installation, click Project > Protect with ConfuserEx
To check that the output has indeed been obfuscated, we need to have a look at the MSIL
Download and install dotPeek which is a free product from JetBrains
https://www.jetbrains.com/resharper
Once installed, just drag and drop any dotNet DLL or EXE to investigate the code.
